Decent unit for the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit runs quietly and performs well, with the exception of the drying cycle. I had a warranty tech. come out to check unit out. He advised that it was about as good as it was going to get, even with the rinse aid and heated drying cycle, it just doesn't dry very well.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in November. it cleans the dishes but after it finishes it has water inside of the machine on the top which I have to open the door for about 2 hours and let the water dry - is that normal. I have warranty but don't know who to discuss this with, and also the tray which is plastic and holds the silverware is also still wet and has to dry before i take anything out of the dishwasher. I picked this dishwasher because I am older and wanted one with a knob instead of buttons and it was very hard to install and has already had a faulty gasket that caused water to run out into the floor and under neath the tile floor. You asked so I am telling you….
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hey Wagg, most drying challenges are related to water temperature. The “sweet” spot for water temperature is between 120-130 degrees for the best drying potential. To help get the hottest water to your dishwasher, let the water run in your sink until it’s hot (like you do before getting in the shower). This "primes the pump", it gets hotter water to your dishwasher faster. Your dishwasher uses about 3-4 gallons per cycle, limiting the opportunity the water has to warm up if it doesn’t start off hot enough. Rinse aid also makes a big impact on drying. Good Simple Dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It doesn't have a whole lot of bells and whistles (the only option is heat or no heat dry), but it does a good job of cleaning. It's also fairly quiet, quieter than my previous dishwasher. I like the level indicator for the rinse assist.

My kids can finally start the dishwasher!

The silverware tray rocks a little bit, but is easy to remove when needed. The simple design makes it easy for our children to start the dishwasher!
