Disappointed in the Dishwasher and Service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed in my purchase and warranty. It stopped working after 3 loads. I called and their automated system gave information to call a local repair company. I did that and they said you know the warranty doesn’t cover our repair service? You must call them. Then I called again and the hold time was 20 minutes. The customer service representative scheduled a warranty repair. I got a automated message to call back because my appointment needed to be changed. I called back and the hold time was 45 minutes! How rude! A automated message to change the repair date and your company doesn’t have a live person call you, and then to have you hold for 45 minutes. I was so angry with the whole process. A brand new product just quit working! Unacceptable, the product and service. I did not have my dishwasher on Labor Day weekend and spent 2 hours doing dishes by hand! To say the least I have no confidence in Frigidaire products or service.

I Love It But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this dishwasher, mostly because I hate washing dishes and I haven't had one in a couple of years. Some flaws/faults I would say are that it doesn't dry the dishes very well. Also its not very child proof. The baby comes up and turns the knob which changes/starts/stops the wash cycle, so I gotta find something to child proof that, because its just too easy for her.

Leaking upon arrival

We installed the dishwasher and it immediately started leaking. We had to wait almost 2 weeks for a repairman to come and fix out “brand new” dishwasher... not impressed

want dry dishes , dishes do not get clean

Hello, Sharcraft! Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your dishwasher is not performing as expected. It is important to make sure that air dry is not being selected, this will result in wet dishes. For optimum drying performance, using a rinse aid has proven to be helpful. Also try using the Hi-Temp Wash option on the model. During the hi-temp wash option, the dishwasher heats water in the main wash to approximately 140F (60C) and increases the temperature higher in the final rinse. The increased water temperature helps the dishwasher detergent removes food grease and soil from dishes more effectively and aids in drying. Hopefully, this helps.
