Not happy

Mix spoons, forks, and knives to prevent nesting, this will result in better cleaning and drying of the items. Make sure to load knives and forks with the handle up to prevent being hurt, and be sure nothing is protruding through the bottom of basket or rack to block the spray arm. Can’t get customer service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] About a month or so ago the spray arm came loose and melted on the heating element. Can’t even get through to customer support to get it fixed under warranty just going to order the part myself and fix it thanks Frigidaire for the help

Simple and functional

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishes come out great looking, i like that i dont have 100 different options. Simple and easy. Only disppointment is the way the latch handle is designed. In plastic and does not hook on easily, the installers excacerbated the problem with how they added the screws to hold it in. I wish it felt more high quality. Feels cheap. Too bad, because everything else works right. I have now learned how to handle the closing VERY gingerly and that seems to work. That should be pointed out in the Users Manual I think, or the design should be made sturdier.
