Thank you for your review. We are not happy to learn that the dishwasher drying feature is not working. With the dishwasher, ensure that rinse aid is being used. If rinse aid is being used, ensure that the dispenser is not empty. Using the rinse aid, along with the Heated Dry cycle, enhances the drying performance of the dishwasher. Quiet and effective

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Fridgidaire dishwasher came with the purchase of our new home. We love how quiet it is and how effectively it cleans. I would give it 5 stars, but the drying feature doesn't work. Even with heat dry, we have to manually dry off everything when the cycle is over.
