Faulty pump

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this at the end of March. I used it a few times and the pump motor went out of it. It took more than a week to get it looked at, a week for the part to come, and another week and a half to have the part installed. I would NOT buy this or any other Frigidaire product again if this is the standard for customer service and product quality.

Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is very quiet. The racks are different than I am used to but ok. Sometimes the soap dispenser gets stuf because there is something in the way and I find residue on the dishes.

Not so happy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I knew there was a big area in the middle of the bottom rack. I would have not bought it. Can not fit my pots and pans. I have to make sure my water is running hot before o even start the washer

My New Dish Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My complaint with the machine is that it takes a lot of force to close the door. In addition the latch does not have a "positive" feel and is very quiet.
The machine does a good job of washing dishes. Despite being the noisiest of Frigidaire's machines, I do not think it is excessively noisy.
