Great dishwasher

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher may not look like much at first but it definitely does the job and can fit quite a bit of dishes. Seems like it is really efficient as well. It is by no means top of the line but it will do the job and doesn't cost a lot to run.

I will replace this appliance asap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The drying feature really doesn't work on this appliance. And I feel I must wash food off before putting it in the dishwasher. I end up washing the dishes myself. I don't care for this appliance at all, simply because it doesn't effectively clean or dry dishes.

We really appreciate your honest and thorough review! This is the type of feedback that our product team uses to directly influence product development. Here are a few tips that could help with the washing and drying issue:
-Large items on the bottom rack
-Small items on top rack
-There should be space between the items to allow water flow
-Pans, cups, and dishes should be loaded facing down
-Utensils should not be nested
-The spray arms should not be blocked allowing them to rotate freely
Also, rinse aid is needed in order to enhance the performance of the Heated dry option of the dishwasher. I hope these tips are helpful!
