[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came in my double wide and hasn’t worked! We’ve been in her over 2 months and haven’t been able to wash anything because it’s not draining!

Faulty parts

I bought this dishwasher for a new kitchen. There was a faulty part inside the dishwasher and it drained all the water on the new hardwood floors. Frigidaire sent a service guy out and he confirmed that it was a bad part in the dishwasher so he replaced it. In the meantime, we had to redo the hardwood floors and paid for it again. Frigidaire was quick in responding to the initial claim but we are waiting on Frigidaire to let us know if they will pay for the damages.
