Not working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher came brand new with our new house. I used it for the first time and it left water all over the dishes so I just dried them off. On the next load it did the same thing we even redid the load and made sure it was on heat dry and it still won't dry the dishes. It's like I just washed them by hand they were so wet. What do I need to do to fix this problem I don't think the heating element is working at all.

Thank you for sharing your experience. If you are having trouble getting dry dishes, please ensure that your rinse aid is full and your water heater is set to 120 degrees Fahrenheit! It is best to remove the racks soon after the dry cycle ends, as the polymer tub cools quicker than stainless steel and the evaporated water may drip back down if the dishes are left inside for an extended period.
