Worse dishwasher I have ever seen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blue piece in the middle came off during washing and melted and the dishes don't come clean or rinse soap off when you get cleaned dishes out they taste like soap when using.

Super Dishwasher for Price!

My dishes are soooo shiny now, amazed and pleased. Best part is ease of use - not three tons of buttons and decisions just to wash dishes! Husband was super pleased with ease of install. Excellent buy!

Quieter than I thought it would be

I'm actually surprised that it is really quiet! I can not hear it running, even during the wash cycle.
The racks are roomy. You can fit tall dishes in the bottom rack that you normally wouldn't. The top rack holds a ton of smaller items like bowls and glasses.
I prefer a silverware basket that is attached to the door and this one is not. I don't like the way it moves around, so I have a zip tie holding it to the side of the bottom rack and that works for me.
Overall, it's a really good dishwasher and I am happy with it.

Frigidaire stinks

Fell apart and started melting. Had to spend hours on the found trying to arrange warranty serive. Will not purchase another one of your products and am advising my clients (I am a property manager) not to purchase your products. You have the worst phone system I have ever encountered to arranged service through. As a result of that I will not ever buy another Frigidaire product.

Also, please confirm that your water heater is set at 120°F (49°C) to assure proper water temperature inside the dishwasher. Lastly, run the faucet closest to the dishwasher prior to starting the dishwasher to purge cold water from the hot water line.

Question about the silverware holder

Brand new just used twice. The silverware holder just sets in loosely and falls over.

Try turning it in the opposite direction of how you have it set up now. You may need to refer to your use and care guide to see how the bottom rack is meant to be set so you can confirm the position your silverware basket is in is correct.
