Won’t dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it installed with my new house. Doesn’t clean all the way. Have to rinse all dishes really well before putting it in the DW. It is quite. DW does not dry at all. All dishes and interior of the DW are extremely wet. We have a tankless water heater that delivers hot water right away. We use the heat dry option and rinse/dry aid as recommended and it still does not dry. Hate using this product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I apologize for any matters you may have experienced with your dishwasher. A tip that can possibly resolve your matter, is to ensure the incoming water is 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Making sure the incoming water temperature is correct can assist with the proper cleaning and drying of your dishes.

TROUBLE

I have had this dishwasher for almost 2 yrs & have trouble every time I go to start it. It won't start- I usually have to open & close it 10+ times before it starts, if it starts.

We hate hearing that you have had any trouble with starting your dishwasher.
To start your dishwasher, you want to select the desired cycle and options. Run hot water faucet nearest dishwasher until water is hot.
Turn the water off and press START/CANCEL pad and close door; which will prompt your dishwasher to start. This information is able to be located in the Use and Care Guide on page 4, should you need to locate it.
