This is the worst dishwasher I've ever owned the blue circle on the bottom came off and burned on the element

Dishwasher is not working after one month

We bought a house in January 2016, we moved in and after one and half month it is not working. All the lights on the Dishwasher are off. I am very disappointed with product. It is provided by builder.

Super quiet!

I love the new dishwasher. You cannot hear it running so the green light indicating the wash is complete, is great! Highly recommend it!

Very Disappointed

We just built a house I chose Frigidaire Professional appliances, I am deeply disappointed in the dishwasher. I hate it more every time I use it. I also don't like that I can't tell how much rinse aid I've added. I want a different one do bad... It doesn't dry the dishes well at all. The racks are not sturdy. I just am not happy with it....

Does not dry among many complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dishwasher for a little over a year. In that time it has had to be repaired on one occasion while under the warranty.
I will echo the other reviewers that while I love my other FP series appliances this one falls way short.
We do dishes every other night practically with 2 little boys/eating machines in our house.
1. The dishwasher does not dry and only dried for maybe a few weeks after the tech came to "fix" it. Although we load it with finish (although we can't see how much is in there)
2. As a result of the non drying we have dishes laid to air dry all over the countertops, not the point of a dishwasher. If I wanted that I wouldn't have even put in a dishwasher choosing instead to simply hand wash and dry everything.
3. It never cleans and I to this day after over a year of use have never unloaded a full load of dishes without having to re-wash something.
4. Half the soap in the dispenser doesn't make it into the washer, more like it just slides all down the inside door of the washer.
Overall, I can't believe how bad this thing is. I expect appliances to make my busy mom life easier and this dishwasher brings so much frustration to my daily life.
I came to the website to look for a better dishwasher and I never leave reviews and I couldn't help myself.
Unless you like doing double dishwashing coupled with dishwasher frustration... DON't BUY THIS DISHWASHER!

Hey Awilkes826, I understand that you feel that the dishwasher is not performing properly. I would recommend checking a few things before a service call is scheduled. Let's make sure the water coming in is at least 120 degrees, do you have heat dry cycle selected, and are you using rinse aid? Also, make sure the filter trap at the bottom of the unit is free of debris. You may also want to clean the unit by running a hot water/dry cycle with no dishes inside and throw in 2 cups of white vinegar in the unit. This cleans the sprayer arms and the unit and also deodorizes the unit. I recognize as a consumer you feel that these are not reasons for your dishwasher to underperform. Over the last few years, Energy Star has issued stricter standards for water and energy usage which can increase the need for Rinse Aid to dry dishes. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Leaks

Dishwasher is less than a year old and leaks around the door. Almost ruined brand new hardwood floor. Very frustrating!
