Great product...had bought it last yr when I renovated my kitchen. Since then my family moved to another home where we put in a new kitchen and repurchased the fridgidaire products because we loved them so much. We are a family of 6. Lots of dishes, baby bottles, pots and pans that need daily cleaning. This dishwasher holds a ton, is quiet, and washes and sanitizes fantastic!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The washer does a good job cleaning, but remains wet inside when completed washing even after using both the hot feature. The wash selections on the door are hard to read.

Hello Gombo. I understand you have concerns with the drying feature of your new Frigidaire Professional dishwasher. Please make sure your water heater is set to 120 degrees. Rinse aid greatly improves drying, reduces water spots, filming. With rinse aid the water will sheet off dishes rather than forming water droplets that cling and leave spots. The most sensitive, tempermental dishwasher ever

I have had this dishwasher for over a year. It is terribly sensitive to any grunge on the dishes. If I don't just about wash the dishes first, the filters plug up, or the drain plugs up, or the door gasket gets munged and leaks and the dishwasher errors out. It is out of warranty and I will not pour any further money into it. I will buy a non-Frigidaire/Electrolux dishwasher.

Bad drain valve

This unit is less than 2 years old. About 6 months ago the "i20" code started showing up. It used to be able to work past it. Except for the continuous beeping from the error code it did its usual mediocre job. Now it will not even start. Did some homework on the net and found multiple people with the same issues. Many claim the drain valve location is a flaw in all Frigidaire models. Worst part is the repair with parts is about 50% of the cost of the unit. So is this the annual cost for owning or switch to a different brand?

Nothing but trouble!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every since this has been installed just 2 years ago I have had to have it services 3 times! It leaves grit on any dish/glass on top rack; just does not really clean anything well on top shelf and have had this issued address twice with service calls. This last call I have had to had the computer board replaced. This should not be considering it's cost and age. Very disappointed.

Hey Trisha327, make sure you are cleaning the filters regularly (page 16 in your Owner’s Manual). Give the spray arms a spin every time you clean the filters, to ensure they are moving easily. It almost sounds like the water holes may be clogged in the spray arm, thus keeping water from reaching the top rack. When this happens to me, I remove the spray arms. I soak them in vinegar and water, then use a toothpick to remove anything clogging the holes. Give the arms a good rinse, reattach, and mine are good to go. I hope this helped! Piece of Junk

This is a two year old dishwasher. Several weeks ago a pump valve had to be replaced (which we did with an authorized repair agent), and now the main computer board has to be replaced. The cost of the computer board is almost as much as a new dishwasher.

Best dishwasher

Had our kitchen remodeled this summer and had all new appliances installed. This Frigidaire dishwasher is great! So quiet and easy to run. I use the recommended dishwasher detergent too.

The unit is VERY quiet however the dishes are never dry after the cycle. There is always dampness and moisture in the unit which leads to a funky smell.
