Can’t do without

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the Zwilling kitchen shears and could not have a kitchen without them. These scissors are multi used for everything from wrapping presents to cutting herbs and meat!!! I even have been cracking pecans with them!!

Easy to Clean

These shears are great for working with poultry. They are mostly stainless steel and come apart in the center. This really lets you clean every part of them, which is important when working with chicken and other meats.

I am always looking for a shears that I can take apart. I never feel that i can fully clean and dry properly shears that are permenantly attached. Ive found exactly waht I want here and at a great price.

Beautifully crafted scissors! These are a pleasure to hold. They are way nicer than I expected. Sharp. Polished and finished well on non cutting parts of the scissors. High quality. I bought them to replace a pair I have owned for 40 years.

Cut well but do NOT come apart for cleaning

Maybe the China factory makes two identical looking kitchen shears but the ones I have absolutely do not come apart at any opening angle. No amount of angle, pushing pulling, knob twisting has done anything to indicate they may separate only two for cleaning. They feel as if permanently riveted it welded pivot points under the blue plastic pivot buttons.
