I love that they come apart for cleaning, especially after using them on chicken. Every kitchen or chef should have a pair!

Take-apart scissors are the only way to go.

For cleaning purposes alone, these would be my best bet. But! I don't have to compromise quality and sharpness for cleanliness. Made of quality steel, so they stay sharp (keep all sharp items out of dishwasher if you want them to stay sharp) and make nice clean cuts. These are general purpose scissors, not made to cut thick raw meats and vegetables. Great for herbs, lettuces, tomatoes, softer fruit, thinner cooked meats and poultry; softer shellfish. Check out more heavy duty shears for heartier tasks.

The ultimate in shears. Found in multiple rooms throughout my house. Perfect not only for cutting, but also as a bottle opener. And they come apart for thorough cleaning.

These take-apart shears are a fantastic option for all those kitchen tasks you need scissors for. They are so easy to keep clean and extremely durable!

Easy to Clean

I was looking for a pair of kitchen scissors that came apart since I use these to cut up chicken sometimes. I am able to clean these really easily and they have stayed really sharp even when I am cutting through chicken bones. This was a great purchase!
