Disappointed to say the least. I've tried several brand names and classifications of SD cards and to date none of them will fit into the slot correctly and the camera will not recognize the SD card as being installed. Due to health issues- my husband did not get it installed before the return date expired. This camera as it is - is useless to me. Would not buy it again. I'd would have kept my RING floodlight. I bought this to escape the expensive yearly RING subscription.

Best part about this is you don鈥檛 have to pay a subscription fee to use. I love having the option to use a micro SD card for storage. It was super easy to install and motion sensors do an awesome job tracking. As well as I love the capability to be able to change the brightness of the floodlight.

I have half a dozen AOSO cameras and I love them. This unit would not power on after changing so I could not use it.

This 360 Panoramic camera is simply amazingly sublime. It's motion tracking, customized settings and AI detection is absolutely top notch above all others for a great price. It's worth it for peace of mind when away and incident tracking anything that happens on your property. Just get this if you want great flood light motion coverage and an amazing rotating camera combined that is done extremely well!

I reached out to aosu concerning the floodlight camera pro . I stayed that the light's weren't working but everything else was. I corresponded with Nicole and she was so completely and totally helpful. I told her my first aosu camera I installed is working fine it's my newer one that started not working properly.
Well Nicole took care of everything!!! Now I just need to find the time to replace the defective one. Thanks Nicole for all your dedication and support!!!

Had bought the Auso doorbell camera (which is also awesome) a couple of years ago and now wanted to upgrade the flood light on my garage so this was a no brainer. The camera is so clear and it does a great job on following anything that comes into its view. The light itself is also nice and bright and you can manually turn it on and adjust the brightness through the auso app. It is just what my family needed and wanted

The Floodlight Cam Pro far exceeded my expectations! The video quality is superb and the ease of set up and integration with the aosu app makes it a breeze to set up.
It's the small little touches that matter, and the hook/strap that is included to help you hold the floodlight so you can use your 2 hands to wire up the device is what make this stand out from the "other cameras" out there.
You're also not forced to use their cloud service unlike other brands. The ability to add your own microSD card to store your video footage (24/7 or events-only) was what sealed the deal for me.
On top of their top-tier device design and user-friendly app, their support team has been amazing. There is no real-time chat support, but even with the time difference, I was receiving daily emails to address my issues.
I recently had the Floodlight Cam Pro malfunction and their support team was very quick to respond and RMA the device and ship out a new one under warranty very quickly.
10/10 for aosu and their team!
