One of my outdoor floodlight cameras developed an issue with the light. I reached out to AOSU and they responded immediately. I sent them a short video showing them the issue. They are replacing the camera with an additional six months of warranty in exchange for a nice review of their service. I’ve tried several other companies, Blink ring, etc. no one responds with the immediate and care that AOSU did.

The installation was pretty easy and the performance is fantastic. The camera moves in 360 degrees so I can see everywhere and it’s extremely easy to operate and control. The lighting is very bright at night! Great product!

Due to an unusually heavy storm, the worlds weather is changing so much isnt it, one of our cameras, we have 5 from Aosu, was damaged but still in warranty. Ivy at Aosu kindly helped us with a replacement camera. We had our electrician fit the new camera and were surprised that the resolution was improved. Sincere gratitude for the support from Ivy and Aosu. Would recommend the updated cameras.

Less than one year and have already lost one of the two flood lights. I do not see a replacement anywhere on there app.
