The toothbrush has a soft head. Would have liked a harder toothbrush.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello ARob - The toothbrush heads have been proven to be effective. However, we appreciate your feedback on preferring a different bristle strength and we will pass your comments on to our Product Design Team.
It's okay, but the toothbrush bristle are too small and i would've rather had a spin brush.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hello Tatiana12 - We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with the product. The toothbrush head is designed to be small to fit in the back of your mouth at the correct angle for flossing. This does not make brushing any less effective. The Sonic Fusion does not have a toothbrush head that spins. It uses sonic technology that provides 30,000 brush strokes per minute.
I actually have to brush my teeth with this brush! The bristles are too soft and it does not work at all like an electric brush.

Hello LennyB - I am sorry to hear you are not completely satisfied with the Sonic-Fusion flossing toothbrush. We recommend: positioning the brush along the gumline at a 45-degree angle, use light pressure, and move the toothbrush slowly allowing for the sonic action to clean each tooth individually. The toothbrush heads have been proven to be effective. However, we appreciate your feedback on preferring a different bristle strength and we will pass your comments on to our Product Design Team.
