I had a problem with the WaterPik I purchased. It was defective. Customer Service took awhile but they replaced it with a newer model. My teeth really love this system.

The quality of these brush heads is awesome. The only thing that needs to be changed is the full size brush heads need to come with covers. The small ones do, but the full sized ones do not. Otherwise, a great product!
