This is our third Fusion. The 2.0 is far superior in every way but the whole concept is a winner. Never in my 60+ years has a dentist complimented me on my gum health. That happened after just a few months using the fusion. We're buying one for all our kids this Christmas.

The box came with two brush heads, one large and one small. I've only tried the tiny one. I have tiny teeth. They seem to work well together. Why mess with success.
