Hello MBeau24 - All of our brushes are considered "soft". The toothbrush head is designed to be small to fit in the back of your mouth at the correct angle for flossing. This does not make brushing any less effective.

Ike a baby brush. So soft that it doesn't clean well. A slightly harder bristle would work better.
