The brush is the biggest problem, it is for a child. I think there should be more of a selection to pick from. Oh, I will keep it because of the water deep cleaner.

The toothbrush head is designed to be small to fit in the back of your mouth at the correct angle for flossing. This does not make brushing any less effective.
