I bought a less expensive brand it looked just like the waterpik but every time I used it the water hose would come off the brush, so after a week of frustration I sent it back and decided to buy the waterpik, what a difference the waterpik cord goes in the bottom of the brush and clicks and locks in place so it can’t come off on its own, plus it swivels so if you use it in your left or right hand it’s very comfortable and my teeth feel so clean, like Denist clean and with the adjustable dial for the water floss pressure is fantastic. Thank you waterpik for making a great product.
