The brush heads are too small; they tickle my lips, and I don't like that

WAY too soft, unsure whether the bristles that are missing so the water tube has space is worth it... love the flossing, brushes too soft

Great product, and works as described. After using the product for a month or so, I find that the brush heads are too soft. One big drawback is that if you have two in the same bathroom, you can use the flossing feature on one, while the brushing feature is being used on the other. It will cause the flossing feature to activate on the other brush. Depending on what/how the other person has the brush pointed, it may cause water to go all over the place.
