Thank you for your feedback. The Flossing Brush Heads are rated soft. The ADA recommends the use of soft bristles.

Got mine for Christmas, and it's just a genius solution to better dental health. It saves the extra step of flossing separately, and with the brush head I can get into the back teeth top and bottom better than with the Pik. I love it!!
