The brush is not powerful enough. The motor is too loud. Its a good idea but product needs fine tooning. I returned it.

We appreciate your feedback. The toothbrush portion provides 30,000 brush strokes per minute and has been proven to be effective. The Sonic-Fusion is a motor-driven appliance, and as with other common household motor-driven appliances, some noise is normal.
