Only one issue that I dislike: It has to do with the removal of the brush heads. They are difficult to remove. There should be a button to push to release the brush head just like the one to disconnect the handle from the hose. Other than that we love it.

Brush is too soft doesn't clean teeth if not for the flosser food particles and plaque would be left on my teeth.
