Much better than the original small brushes that came with my WaterPik water flosser and electric brush. No issues this far and having a subscription works well as a reminder to change the brush out.

While I floss daily I have discoverded with this pick it removes the food particles after each meal. My teeth always feel clean after brushing and using this piece of equipment. Ability to adjust the pressure is another great ability. My wife was skeptical but has purchased a unit as well.
