Shaving of the head and face

I am not overly satisfied with this product. I shave both my face and head. When doing my face the shaver does an fairly good job and shaves close at the cheek level however the neck area requires several passes before it becomes smooth to the touch. Now let me tell you about the head. No matter how many times I go over the head area and change directions or speed of the cut I'm still left with stubble. I do not use a pre-shave lotion and never needed one. My last shaver was a Braun and I would rate it an above average tool. If you have any suggestions that may be of help to me please let me know.

I have been using electric razors for the past 30 years and this is the finest I've ever used, even if all the other razors were manufactured by Phillips. It's just an effortless, close, clean shave.
My only complaint, the reason for the lower rating for Design, is the location of the power switch. My thumb rests on the switch as I shave and I keep shutting it off. Relocating it would be a great improvement.
I am extremely impressed. Gives a quick close shave.

Very easy to use with a unique design but fails to shave the neck area better than a braun or remington. Irritating when used wet at times. Trimmer use is awkward. Very Easy to cleam. Overall a disapointment, though, in the shaving of sensitive and difficult areas such as neck wet or dry.
Pros: easy to clean, lithium battery
Cons: does not shave neck area as close as braun, popup trimmer is awkward, cannot use cord to shave while charging, sometimes irritating when used wet or dry on neck

Best shaver ever

I've owned older models of Norelco shavers that never quite performed to my standards. I finally resorted to shaving with a saftey razor. When my old Norelco died and would no longer charge, I bought this one. Frankly, I was amazed the first time I used it. It shaves as close as a razor. I find it works better if I use a product like Lectric Shave to make my beard stand up. The only thing that could be improved is the trimmer. It is too narrow to do a good job on sideburns.
Pros: fits your hand, easy to clean
Cons: trimmer is inadequate

I really like this razor but would make two changes to future models: Move the off/on switch up further, to reduce the possibility of turning the razor off while shaving. Have a cord outlet on the razor itself so it would be unnecessary to take the stand every where you go with the razor.
This is the finest shaver I have ever had the pleasure to use. The closeness and ease of use can not be duplicated by any other shaver, blade or electric.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have owned many electrics as well as safety razors and this model is by far the most comfortable and fastest shave.
