Easy to use, Highly efficient in dry mode as well as wet. sleek design. I only hope the heads stay sharp longer than my previous models

I Love the way the Heads Pivot inside & outside for a Great Shave. You can either use it the way it is or Use it as a WET Shave with Shaving Cream. I think it works best as a wet shaver but the Reviews on it say its Equal. I charge it once a month if even that!. I have been a fan of Philips Norelco Shaver all my life & this time I spent a bit more to see if its better then the less expensive version & it is!. You need to try this item as you can remove the whole Head & replace it with a Groomer for Beards & it also has a trimmer on the back end.
Pros: great shave changeable parts from shaver to groom, pivoting heads & so much more
Cons: shaving the neck area leaves red bumps that hurts.

I have been using Norelco 40 years. No more unless they change the fasteners that holds the blades in.You need to go back to one piece, not the small orbs.I tossed mine ridiculous every time i cleaned it.

I have used Norelco razors for over 40 years. This one replaced a 10 year old inexpensive model. I was expecting to get a closer shave with less effort but was disapointed to find I got a closer shave with my old model.
Pros: washable heads
Cons: poor shave

The best rotary electric shaver I've ever used!

I was a confirmed manual shaver, with only occasional use of an electric razor until I came across this new flexible head design. I now use the "SensoTouch 3D" as my exclusive shaving method, and have never used a manual razor since. As I have relatively sensitive skin, the ability to quickly obtain a really close shave without the nicks and cuts produced by manual shaving was the primary need and the deciding factor.
Pros: very close shave easy on sensative skin, rapid easy water clean-up, long lasting battery charge

This is the sixth Phillips for me in the last twelve years, and I can finally say an electric razor shaves just as I wished and wanted it to! Easy and quick to use, it delivers a smooth result. All the others were good, but this one is great.
