i haven't used electric shavers for years. i don't get a clean shave that lasts. i am happy with this razor and have used it for a few months now, but shave daily. it's smooth enough for my girlfriend to kiss me and not recoil from my scratchy face. good job norelco.
Pros: easy to use with facial contours
Cons: shave doesn't last so long as a razor

Great electric shaver but not a razor.

I did not go into this purchase thinking that this could produce a shave as close as a razor when going against the growth of the hair. That said, I truly love this product. When I use the razor consistently (everyday) with shaving cream I get a truly close shave with no cuts. In fact if I do use a razor and try to get a close shave, against the growth of the hair, I inevitably receive a cut or two. I have had this product and have tried it under different scenarios and have found a routine that works great for me especially since I am one that has to shave everyday.
One note, the dry shave is tough on the skin especially if you are trying to get a close shave and it is never truly as close as with the shaving cream or as comfortable either. I would not recommend a dry shave with sensitive skin.
I would recommend this product to anyone if they can overcome the price. This is truly a luxury not a necessity especially at this price.
Pros: versitility - wet/dry/shaving cream..., long lasting battery charge, quick charge feature, close shave using shaving cream
Cons: steep price

I tried numerous electric razors over the years, but was always disappointed in the results. Each time, I went back to expensive blade razors which ultimately left my face cut and irritated.
When I saw this electric razor, I was skeptical, but decided to give it a try. WOW! I'm so glad I did! I get a shave that is just as close as a blade in half the time - and no cuts or irritation! It's also extremely quiet, which is also a big plus.
I used to dread shaving and avoided it whenever I could. Now I get a close shave and look my best every day. It's great!
Pros: comfortable close shave, quiet operation, very easy to clean, great charging stand
Cons: can't think of one!

Very good shaving heads

The three shaving heads give a close shave without razor burn or pull. It's very easy to clean. Just rinse with hot water. The only thing to make it better would be if the power cord attached to the razor and not the stand. It makes it difficult to use the razor on long trips unless you take the stand with you.
Cons: power cord doesn't connect to shaver

I have been diagnosed with cancer and advised not to shave with a blade shaver. Years ago I used a Phillips poduct and I liked it so after reiew of your curent product line I bought a 1250X. The wet shave that I get with using a foam product is as good as my blade without any fear of cutting cutting myself. I also like the ability to clean my unit by just washing it under the faucet. Super
Pros: easy cleaning, very close shave

I have had this for roughly 7 months. I have ZERO complaints/concerns about this product. It was shipped in a timely fashion, has easy to understand directions, is a breeze to clean and it even tells you when to clean it! I highly recommend this product.
