trimmer head leaves much to be desired

Love the way it shaves but have much difficulty trying to trim my mustache. Very narrow and hard to see what i am doing. Makes a lot of noise when it is cutting.
Pros: shaving head works fine
Cons: trimmer small and inconvenient

I purchase this shaver less than a year ago and I believe it gets as many hairs as possible compared to other shavers. The only thing I do not like is that I feel its cheaply made. My shaver just broke. It turns on when it wants and you cannot shut it off. Then at times it will not turn on. I called and Phillips was on top of it ASAP and is sending me another one since its in warranty. One of the best customer service experience I dealt with however, I just feel it should of never died this fast.
Pros: close shave, easy to clean
Cons: quality, it broke less than a year

Original shaver, died after 14 months - wouldn't recharge. Replaced with shaver #2 - it slows up - as if battery dying after 1-2 minutes of shaving. Replacement #3 came damaged !!! - the two sides are not mated below the side burn cutter blade. I just hope water doesn't get into the mechanism.

See pros and cons and irritated at length restrictions on reviews and cumbersome web site
Pros: gives close quick shave with minimum skin prep
Cons: awkward charge base, over priced, expensive head replacement, cumbersome to pack for travel

This product is great for a clean shave

I use this product to keep my face and head clean shaven. It takes very little time each day. It shaves closer and is safer than one of those 5-blade manuel razors.
Cons: replacement blade cost.

Don't care for the trimmer on this model

I had an 1850XL prior to this model. Liked the way it shaved a lot better. Especially liked the trimmer feature a lot more.
