This razor is AMAZING. The only drawback that I have found after using the product for a few months now is that a couple of weeks after the first time I washed it (per the instructions) it developed a strange odor on the shave head. This odor transfers to my face, and I need to wash my face off each time I shave. This problem has persisted ever since.
Pros: it shaves extremely close.
Cons: the bad odor on the shave head.

I absolutely love my Phillips Norelco SensoTouch 3D Electric Shaver. I get a shave as smooth as a razor shave, with less irritation. It is by far the best electric shaver I've ever owned and I have been shaving with Phillips Norelco Shavers most of my adult life. I am now 71 years of age. Great shaver.
Pros: best electric shaver
Cons: trimmer needs a little more work.

A very solid shaver product

While I am not overjoyed with my razer, I do find it to be a very solid, functional product. The design is pretty good, but I do find that the heads snap off the body fairly easily.
Pros: floating heads provide close smooth shave
Cons: floating heads come off the razor body easily
