Best electric shaver I have ever used

Easy to use nd clean. Nice close shave in less than 60 seconds. Only drawback is the inability to charge the sahver without a stand: an extra thing to haul around wihile travelling. However, the shaver holds a charge that has lasted for 2.5 weeks for me without running out. Great customer service in replacing the (flimsy) plastic head cover at no charge when it cracked.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I Love My SensoTouch 3D

My SensoTouch 3D's design gives me a close and very clean shave. The shaving head glides along my face gently and smoothy. It's ergonomic design makes it easy to hold and guide; the flexing head makes it so easy to guide the shaver across my face. I enjoyed it so much when I first received it that for several days in a row, I shaved several times a day. It is much quieter than my now secondary shaver.
Pros: quiet and ergonomically designed

the battery part has "freeze" several times and (to your credit) had to be replace by Phillips.
It does not give as close of a shave as other cheaper models, including cheaper Phillips models

A close smooth shave BUT

Purhased to replace my Smart Touch XL (9160XL) and by comparison the new 1250X:
1) Does not travel as well - soft bulky awkward shaped case that offers little protection and doesn't fit the shaver well - seems useless. I'll have to continue to use the 9160XL when traveling.
2) Can only be recharged in its stand. Hence, another awkward object to lug around and take counter space. The 1250X does not rest well on a flat surface.
3) Battery life noticibly less than my old 9160XL
4) Compared to the 9160XL, the trimmer is less convenient to use, is more difficult to control, and doesn't do as good a job.

i have used an electric razor for a very long time, since i purchaced this one,i have forgotten how a good ,a shave felt.i don't have go over my face a hundred times to get a close shave, i go over it several times and it is very close and i am througt, and my neck is not burning when i am finished.
I would recommend this to a friend!
