I have used Norelco shavers for over 40 years. This model has given the best and closest shaves of all of the previous models that I have owned. So far I am well pleased.
Pros: very comfortable to used
Cons: a little pricey

I have used the Phillips/Norelco electric razor now for almost 50 years. This 8100 series gives the best shave ever especially when you consider that with age comes tough beards, uneven skin etc.
I highly recommend this shaver and would purchase again if I had to. I have been using this for several months now.

Closer & easier shave with my old 7775X Norelco. Not worth the money.

I find it to require much more work & pressure to get a close shave, compared to my old Norelco 7775X. If batteries were a consumer chore (& it should be), I would not have wasted my money on the 1250X. I've used Norelco for years, but this one has me thinking Brand Change.
Pros: nice style.

I had several Norelcos prevously and this model provides a superior shave. The three shaver heads open easily, so that it is easy to clean on a daily basis. It is easier to clean than the last Norelco. The shaver shape appears unusual in design because the three heads extend from the body but the flexibility may lead to an improved shave. I have only used it in a dry mode. The last Norelco had a Battery-Minutes-Left counter while this model has just battery-bars. However this indicator works and by leaving it in the charger, it is alwas charged. In fact, the charger works very quickly and will quickly charge (15 minutes), from zero to what is needed for a 3-day business trip. All in all, an excellent shaver.
Pros: superior shave for a norelco, fast battery charging
Cons: relatively highprice

This razor is built sturdy, has deeper hair collection chambers and deeper blade chambers. It is very easy to clean and doe not fill up quickly with hair like my previous Norelco. The neck and head are also built better than my last one and will hold up to constant use. In my opinion this is the best Norelco Razor I have owned. I felt it was expensive, but worth the price once I purchased it. It should last for years.
