A quiet, close shave.

A very quiet shaver that does a great job on by beard, even on the neck and under the chin. A definite upgrade from my Panasonic. Plus the charge lasts more than two weeks.

Great razor and easy to use. Wished the razor has a built in socket for shaving continuation in case battery is discharged
Cons: no built in battery charger socket in case battery

This is the best electric shaver I have ever owned.

It is convenient to leave this shaver in the shower most of the time. One charge is good for more than a week of shaves. The design is easy to hold and control while shaving. Great product.

Doesn't shave as close as the product it replaced.

Finally had to replace the original head on my shaver. The new model doesn't shave as close as the original, but it's not too bad. I'll probably keep it until it needs to be replaced. At that time, since the new design enables you to change just the head and blades, I hope Norelco has an improved version available. If not, I'll start shopping for an alternative.

Excellent shaver

After several years of using a Braun, I switched back to Norelco and much prefer this Senso Touch. It is more comfortable and gives a closer shave with no discomfort.
My only criticism involves charging and the cleaning process. A Norelco service person told me that overcharging damages the battery, so I should not leave it in the stand if it's plugged in. Now I simply reverse the position of the razor so the electric contacts on the razor do not touch the metal on the stand. It's less secure, but more convenient. For the same reason, I have to be careful not to leave the razor in the cleaning device too long. Otherwise, cleaning is pretty simple.

I have had several cheaper electric shavers over the last 20 years or so and have been totally disappointed in them. I finally gave up and went back to shaving with a manual razor. I was in doubt about the purchase of a higher priced razor due to the bad results I had. I received the one now have as a gift. I am greatly surprised and satisfied with this shaver as it does all it should do and then some. I will always use this type of shaver in the future.
Pros: rapid charghing

Totaly satisfied with product. Anticipate using for extended period of time. Only need for shaver head replacement annualy.

The shaver is great - the travel case is poor

The actual shaver is terrific - the best I have ever used. But, the travel case is useless. It should have continued with the Artitec style case with built in charger port. This case is soft and provides no protection at all, especially when the protective head cap broke after two months. A new one has been back ordered for over two months. That is no good. There is no way to charge the shaver on an extended trip without taking the stand up stand. Not good. Bring back the cradle case with charger port!
Pros: the 3-d senso touch heads, the quietness, the feel while shaving
Cons: the flimsy protective cap, the useless plastic bag travel case, no way to charge on a long trip such as a cruise.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
