Disappointing product

I was disappointment with this high tech. shaver. Initially it work well, but later it stop to charge, and iunfortunately you can't use it corded. It should be cordless. I
don't know why?. After using it
about couple months, the blades
doesn't cut sharp enough to get
a smooth shave, so you have to
tripple the time of shaving to
reach the level of smoothness
you want.

World Class Customer Service stands behind a great electric razor

The shave is great, closer than I dare try to get with analog razors.
The razor died around a year after purchase, but customer service had another at my doorstep before I even grew a 5 O'Clock shadow.

This model give the closest shave yet. Beats even disposable multi-blade razors. Ease of cleaning is great with the pop open heads. The best part is the really close shave.

Overall An Excellent Shaver

I've been using Philips rotary razors for over 40 years and each new model performs better than earlier ones. I especially like the ability to use the razor with or without lather. It produces a closer shave with less irritation when using gel lather. The batter provides enough power for a full week of shaving.

Another great Norelco razor product

I have used a Norelco razor for the past 15 or 20 years. The SensoTouch follows as another really great razor. The ease of use along with the quality shave is a primary advantage over other razors that I have tested. The only drawbacks are the required stand for recharging and the cost of replacement heads. All of the other features of the razor make it an excellent purchase.
Pros: quality shave, cleaning, weight, battery life
Cons: stand required for recharging, cost of replacement heads

I recieved a Norelco razor as a high school graduation present in 1959. I have used them ever since. This new Sensotouch 3D is far and above any that i've ever owned. I had a service problem with this one this past summer and it was taken care of, promptly. I am very satisfied!!!

Kind of expensive but it works really well. The floating heads really hug your face. If it lasts a few years it is def worth the investment. (Not sure about the cleaning bath process, seems to be a pain so I don't do it.)
Pros: hugs your face
Cons: the cleaning process is way to much to do everyday
