Easy to use

Looks funny but gives a very comfortable shave. Light weight, charges fast. Easy to use.

Cons: wish you could charge directly needs stand, no battery indicator

My previous razor was a Phillips Arcitec, and it worked equally well. On the bad side, it didn't have the storage for more than a days worth of trimmings, and needed constant cleaning. Clean up wasn't easy with that razor, because the cutter heads could not be removed. When I could no longer clean out the hair that I could see, and not getting a close shave, I went out to get a replacement head, but no one had them. I did purchase one at your web site, and have a back up razor now.
I like the cleaning of this razor much better, even though the retaining plates for the cutters, are difficult to open, to the point of broken finger nails. The thing that I don't like is the cleaning reminder. It is the same color as other information displayed , then only displayed for about a second, and if not being watched for, will be missed.
If you fix these two things, I would give it 5 stars.
Pros: close shave
Cons: display not really informative

Easy razor to use.

Razor performs very well. However, having the charging element in the holding stand instead of the razor itself, makes it cumbersome for traveling and packing. Also I think the price is somewhat expensive when compared to your other razors.

Very comfortable shave, needs lockout for pivoting head

Nice, easy to hold, comfortable and quiet shave, and easy to clean using either wet or dry procedures. I wish this razor had some sort of lockout for the pivoting head feature. Sometimes you need to add a little extra pressure to get a close shave in some areas and the pivoting head prevents that. It would also make it much easier to trim the border areas between shaved and unshaved areas on the face/neck. The precision trimmer doesn't quite get the same closeness as the shaving razor head. The trimmer is also kind of small when trimming larger or longer border areas.
Pros: close comfortable quiet shave., 3 way pivoting head is great for neck and jaw area
Cons: trimmer is kind of small for longer/larger borders, could use a lockout for the pivoting feature

The shaver part is great !!!
However, the hair cutter starts off very good, but loses the cutting power in a few weeks. Also there is no replacement for the cutter.
