Very good performance but it may be inconvenient for travel (see review)

It shaves very well and the battery life is excellent. The only problem is that there is no socket to plug the AC adapter directly into the shaver. It only can be charged with the shaver placed on the stand. If traveling for several days (>2 weeks) it is necessary to pack the stand as well. Due to the irregular shape of the stand, this may be somewhat inconvenient. This shortcoming is compensated in part by the long battery life, so it is OK for the majority of trips that most people may take, lasting less than two weeks.
Pros: good shaving performance, good battery life
Cons: lack of a socket for the ac adapter in the shaver

The most unique feature of the Philips shaver is that I may use it on a regular basis without any irritation or discomfort.

The Philips shaver provides a close, comfortable shave with no irritation or any discomfort. I am able to use it with or without shaving cream using hot water or no water at all.
I purchased a second shaver for my son that he is able to use during the workday when he must attend late meetings and is able to take a quick shave at his office.
It is a fine product and more than lives up to it's promise of providing an excellent shaving experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my first Norelco razor. I have used other razors all my life and just plain ignored the Norelco, thinking it just wouldn't do the same job. Well i was right, it does not do the same shave at all. It is by far the best razor i have ever owned. I was totally converted to my new Norelco the first time i used it. I can shave faster, much closer (without irritation), holds a charge longer than most razors. I have since converted 4 of my friends over also.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This product is so simple to use, i cant believe I've spent so much time and money on expensive razors when this product after 2 weeks of my face getting accustomed to it was giving me a closer shave than my razors ever have without the skin irritations. I love it.
Pros: the amount of time and ease it takes to shave
Cons: a little pricey
