Overall the razor is great!

I am disappointed with the short useful life of the heads. After only 6 months of use, I am on my 2nd head. This head also shows signs of wear and doesn't shave as close as it did when it was new. I clean my razor after every use. I have also soaked the heads in your head cleaning solution but that didn't seem to improve the cutting performance any. I don't have a tough beard and can get by with shaving every other day.
Pros: it's easy to change the heads., the design of the razor is excellent!
Cons: have to change the heads to often.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was just about ready to return to a blade and shaving cream. I saw this razor and bought it and can not believe how good it shaves, just like a blade! It follows contours very well and is easy to clean with water. I highly recommend this model.
Pros: quiet operation, very close shave, efficient and fast, feels good and easy to handle, easy to clean, charges quickly
Cons: i accidentally turn it off sometimes, trimer is so-so
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frankly, I was skeptical when I saw this model when I received it as a gift. It appeared unorthodox, so you may not have designed outside the box. Perhaps the designer(s) had no box. The shave is smooth, thorough and leaves a comfortable face. I love it!

I've used electric for many years but have never had this close a shave before. Extremely fast and smooth. Very fast and easy to clean. It also recharges quickly.

Best shaver I've owned.

I had been using the number one selling foil electric shaver for over 25 years and became increasingly more disappointed with the shave I was getting. Seemed like the earlier models were better but recent models were worse so I decided to try the Phillips Norelco 3D shaver as it had plenty of great reviews.
I was pleasantly surprised how good a shave I got and it was in half the time of the foil shaver. There was no more going over and over the same spots. There is no more getting out the safety razor to shave areas the foil would not do well.
I wish I had switched to the Norelco sooner.

Great Shaver, unless you use trimmer much

This shaver provides an outstanding shave. It is easy to wash and altogether a pleasure. It holds a charge much longer than my former Philips shaver; there is just one thing that really should be improved upon. The trimmer is barely adequate. After the excellent trimmers that were on my older Philips shavers, I was surprised that this part of the shaver worked so poorly. That said, if the main thing you're interested in is shaving, this shaver is the best yet from Philips.
Pros: very close smooth shave, quiet, charges fast, hold charge far longer than my previous shaver
Cons: barely adequate trimmer
