Good design and performance

Not very impressed with the performance of this shaver compared to a previous, simpler model from Philips. It takes longer to get a clean shave than with my older shaver.

Best electric shaver I have used

I have used a number of electrics over 30 years of shaving, including a couple of the previous model Norelco's
I always reverted back to a good old handheld.
As I am rather lazy I don't shave on weekends. Other electric shavers put me through torture on Monday mornings when I shave the weekend "beard". This model however has no such problem.

Pros: shaves long stuble without a problem, cleans very easy
Cons: still struggle to shave close by adams apple, not as close a shave as a manual blade would cut

I have used Norelco razors for many years. The Senso Touch 3D razor is Philips's best razor yet! It provides a smooth and fast razor cut. My 2 year experiences with the Senso Touch has provided me a close,fast and smooth cut whether used wet or dry. It is easy to clean and the built in trimmer works well.
Pros: fast & smooth shave, easy to clean

Having a knowledgable customer support person influenced me to strongly purchase a Norelco. I also got the specific Norelco shaver with her advise. The only improvement I'd make is having an optional way to charge the shave on long trips. The holder is quite large to carry. I also have the a Philips tooth brush charger that is bulky. Not to mention the other 3 chargers. (too many batteries to charge) When I had an issue with my shaver the friendly customer support came to my rescue. The get a five star rating.

Cons: large charger stand for vacations
