Shaver was easy and comfortable to use. However, the design prevented it from cutting all beard directly under the nose. Shaver was returned.
Pros: comfortable shave
Cons: failed to cut completele under the nose

Very expensive

Although this is a good razor, it doesn't have a very good trimmer and was far more expensive than I really was comfortable spending.
Pros: easy to shave with
Cons: trimmer isn't effective

The shaving head is difficult to clean. When removing the head, the rubber boot comes off and the ring. One time the covering, O ring and a spring came off the head. I called Phillips to find out how to put it back and they send me a new head without charge, standing behind their product. However, even the new one, the rubber comes off and with it the O ring. You also need to be careful in cleaning the blade because there is a small spring in the center holding up ? and it can spring out. I don't understand why the rubber boot cannot be sealed or glued, and the small spring be attached to the gizmo. Further, you can't take the combs out to clean them as in the older models.
Pros: add a pro

The one problem I am having is that it does not do a good job on a dry face. I hate shaving which ia why I have an electric razor. Its quick and mostly good., but with the Senso Touch I have to use shaving cream to get a good shave! My preious razor (yours) used to squirt lotion omy face while shaving but it was getting harder and harder to find refills. Thats why I bought the Senso Touch.

The design is a little strange but the 3 moveable heads make it smoother and faster than my old razor. The ease of cleaning is a plus - I really like it.

Close shave runs cool and quiet, recharges quickly but has fragile battery. Needs MUCH more drurable battery to keep my business.
