I love it. It works great and is both very effective and convenient. It leaves my face very smooth. It is a valuable asset because it saves me time and money. With the Phillips Norelco 1250x Sensor Touch 3D and Jet Clean System I do not have to replace a frequent basis as I would with a manual razor. I also can firmly say that it is more effective than a manually razor. I noticed that with a manual razor my facial hair would grow back much sooner that with the Phillips Norelco 1250x Sensor Touch 3D.
Pros: it is very effective at removing facial hair

To start with the trimmer function is useless, takes a long time to get a good shave, also messy, clipped whiskers fall out and make mess while shaving. Cleaning station broke within the first month.
Have used Norelco for many years but this one is just poorly designed.

I've never had much luck with electric razors but this one has changed my mind. What makes the difference is the fact I can use it with water and my shave gel. I do get a close, comfortable shave without the risk of nicks and cuts. Excellent razor that I would highly recommend.
Pros: can be used wet, can user your shave lather

Just to clarify, I didn't buy the razor with the jet clean system. I clean my razor with a high pressure sprayer I have attached to my shower head and it works great!
I love the newer style heads with various openings in them to catch hairs, they work great. The pockets to catch hair behind the heads don't catch every hair but most of them for certain.
It is easy to shave, does a very fast job and I shave my head with this razor as well as my face every day.
Every model has been a great improvement and a pleasure to upgrade too, each razor has lasted me 3-5 years which I can not complain about either before I have replaced them.
Pros: shaving heads remove hair so well!
Cons: hair catchers could work better
I would recommend this to a friend!

I brought this and not so good. It has repair and didn't switch on. But unfortunately it switches on in the middle of the night loosing the battery by itself running for a while.

This is my 3rd philips shaver, the first got stolen, the second got old and it seemed like a good time to upgrade to the latest as a new set of batteries and blades were likely to cost the same as a new unit. First impressions on the upgrade are that the blades seem larger than my previous unit - not bad but not better I think. The pop-out trimmer doesn't pop out as far as on the previous model so it isn't as easy to do the fiddly things - still getting use to it, but what I can do, it does a good job. Love the display on it, looks great. Easy to wash too, much easier than the old one. I like how the power plug for the old one works perfectly with this one as I bought this one in the US and the old one in Australia - and I live in Australia - means I don't need to use an adaptor and the Australian plug has a curly-cord which keeps things from getting tangled up easily unlike the plain-straight cord that came with this unit. The dock provided is cute, but given how long this unit holds charge, it's not something that gets a lot of use (I've used it only once in about a month!).
Pros: charge time, world power compatible, compatible with older plugs, display, easy washing, waterproof
Cons: travel bag doesn't fit cradle and/or cable
