Great product, just one flaw

When using the trimmer on the mustache it is difficult to see over the shaving head. The shaver itself works really well - I get a close shave.

Overall good razor, but blades are sharp on sensitive skins.

This is a good razor, but it's blades are sharp on sensitive skin. I've learned that I can't use this razor on dry skin, but using Gillette glide shaving gel. My face has to be very wet and conditioned so that the blades don't rip my neck up. I've suffered razor burns many times if I'm not careful and shave slowly with lots of lubricant on the skin area. Other than that, the razor is easy to use and the battery life is long.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It doesn't withstand my dropping the shaver, it suffered a break of the precision trimmer's on and off button.
Obviously, I have been pleased with the performance of the SensoTouch razor. I do recommend it to all my friends.

I HAVE USED NORELCO RAZORS FOR OVER FIFTY YEARS AND DO NOT FIND THIS RAZOR TO BE ON THE SAME PAR AS THE OLDER ONES THAT I HAVE HAD.
I THINK YOU COULD PRODUCE ONE RAZOR LIKE THIS WITH ALL FEATURES, TIME REMAINING, CHARGE WITH OUT A STAND, AND I STILL DO NOT KNOW WHAT THE WASH BIN IS.
Pros: design
Cons: lacks previous models features

This shave and cleaning system really works and does not scape my shin. This is the first shave I could use everyday without hesitation due to skin pain.
Pros: design
Cons: i did not find it earlier, the cleaning solution is not easy to come by.
