Very good shaver

I like the cleaning and charging features. It's very easy to use. It's not the closest shave I've had, but it doesn't nick my chin like other electric shavers I've owned.
Pros: cleans heads very well
Cons: cleaning solution does not sanitize

This is a must have shaver, the best shaver out there. Close shave, easy to use, quick & fast shave every morning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are so disappointed that the 3D head can only be replaced with the 2D head now. It is a sub par shaving experience compared to what we have been accustomed to...

This new SensoTouch 3D wet/dry razor is fabulous and I get a really close shave. It is so convenient to be able to shave anywhere, at any time.

Very nice shaver

I like the design and ergonomic feel of the razor. It is very light and easy to use. However it feels like it can break with a single drop. And I needed to replace the unit after 11 months because it will not hold the charge. Other than that the new unit is working pretty good.
Pros: ease of use, ergonomic design
Cons: price, had to asked for warranty support after 10 months.

Overall, it is qick and easy to use, to travel with, clean and it does a very good job of shaving with or without water and/or foam. This one does not irritate the skin as some others have.
Pros: easy to hold and ue
Cons: didn't start using it sooner

I QUIT BUYING NORELCO RAZORS AFTER USING THEM FOR MANY YEARS BECAUSE OF POOR DESIGN AND QUALITY.
I AM VERY PLEASED WITH MY NEW PHILIPS NORELCO SENSOTOUCH 3D RAZOR. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
Pros: great shave
Cons: none so far
