I always wondered if the higher-end models were really better as I've used the cool skin products for over 10 years and really liked them (I shave in the shower, so needed a wet-dry razor). This is truly a much better razor and worth the upgrade for me!

This razor is smooth and quiet.
Took a day or two for my face to adjust, but it is a close shave now.
If you are looking for straight razor smooth, then there is NO electric razor that can do that. This razor is the next best thing.

This is by far the closet shave I have ever had. The 3D literally follows the contour of your face and leaves a smooth hard to resist touch. I highly recommend it!

This is the second Norelco shaver I've had, the first was a long time ago when my face didn't have the perpetual five o'clock shadow that comes with age. The 1250XCC shaves evenly without tearing into the skin leaving your face smooth and burn free. The cleanings couldn't be easier with the hot water tactic. Every time the razor needs a charge I use the cleaning station with the recommended solution to refresh the blades. One improvement that could be made is the trimmer on the back, the shave heads tend to block the angle of trimming due to the short distance the trimmer has from the body of the razor, the trimmer is also very narrow - probably good for detail trimming.
Pros: flexible heads, close comfortable shaves, cleaning is a breeze
Cons: small trimmer too close to heads

its a great shaver only thing I wish is it would get under the neck alittle closer and when u shave with the gel it gets sticky it builds up in the heads makes the shaver stick to your face but it has been a great shaver
Pros: love the cleaning system, love the 3d heads
Cons: gel gets built up, not close enough under neck
