It takes your face a little time to get used to using it but after that it is great. Wet or dry shave it is great. Wish I would have got it years before. Would very much recommend it to anyone.

I received this as a gift. It is an upgrade from an older product. The quality is excellent. The product stopped working several months out and exchange was easy and fast with no hassles. It has been working well since then.

Great shaving. Poor battery life and charging system.

Shaving is very good. The weak part is the battery life and the lack of a better charging stand. You only get approximately 13 shaves from a full charge instead of the 17 that you are supposed to get. You must use the charging stand or the jet clean stand to charge the shaver and they are both difficult to use when traveling.
Pros: good smooth shaves
Cons: poor battery life and charging system.

I am 66 years old and have owned a Norelco shaver since I was 16. Except for a year in my twenties when I bought a Remmington. I soon came back to Norelco and have been with them since. This latest shaver although I was hasentant about the design can now trully say this is the best from Norelco so far. I have used it for several months now and think it is a great shaver and does a super job. This is a replacement for my Norelco shaver I purchased in 1993.
