poor shave with replacement head/blades

I have owned Norelco shavers for over 35 yrs and the 8000 series was my 6th model. I received great shaves with the original head/blades. When it came time to replace the blades- Norelco had changed the style of head/blade for this shaver. The new head and blades are not convenient and the shave after one week of use was horrible. After one week of use with the new head/blade I went from shaving for 5 min for a really great shave to spending at least 15 min and still had stubble remaining. Cleaning the blades is a time consuming task and not easy if you are an older user with poor dexterity. Every Norelco shaver I had purchased over the past 35+yrs was a good upgrade from the previous model I was using-this is a huge disappointment.
Pros: none
Cons: poor shave with replacement blade/head, awful to clean

Charging System Engineering is terrible

I am extremely satisified with shaver... I could not ask for better results; it shaves almost as good as my 5 bladed razor... very close!
HOWEVER, I have constant problems with the Jet Ceaning System. (EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED!!) I cannot explain how frustrated I am in words... well, not with respect!
When I first experienced problems, I contacted someone who could not speak English well. He insulted me many times and finally hung up on me... I was so frustrated, I had to ask God to forgive me for the words I said! Sorry, the rules state I cannot include personally identifiable information, such as full names. Is God a "full name?" ;)
Oh well.
Norelco did replace the Jet Cleaning System, but I have problems with it, also. Sometimes it works great, sometimes not; today, the shaver would not lower all the way into the cleaning solution! First time for this! I called my wife to help me (drastic measure, so you know how frustrated I must have been!)
Oh well.
I tried changing the system, (arrows on front) from "Auto" to "Intensive" ... "NO JOY!" (Suibmariner Term)!
... oh well. now what?

Cons: jet system is depressingly lacking in engineering, works sometime!

Over priced, poor performance

This shaver looked good, and reviews make it sound good. It docent do a good job at all. It misses a ton of hairs on my neck making me have to go over it with a traditional razor. If i keep having to go over with a traditional razor i might was well not use the norelco. It cuts semi close sometimes but most of the times i rub my face red with the amount of rubbing I have to do to get it to attempt to cut the longer hairs. I tried using lactic shave and that dont help either. Save the money stick with the traditional razors.
Pros: looks good
Cons: no close shave, over priced, poor performance

This razor is quick and comfortable to use and feels like a very close shave at the time however within half an hour of shaving my face feels like I haven't shaved at all that day.

I've been using Norelco shavers since I first started shaving and have to admit I've never had a closer shave then this Senso Touch. Design is different from my past razors so it takes a little getting used to. Only real con for this razor is the attached trimmer is smaller then the ones I had on previous razors. Doesn't seem to trim my mustache as well but I'm so happy with the close shave I really don't care.
Pros: lasts a long time after a charge
Cons: the trimmer could be better.

the older virsion works better forme.
it is cleaner I do not get hair all over place and get closer shave.
