My prior shaver was a Norelco. This one shaves well, It's quieter than the previous shaver.
I would like to see a couple overall changes for shavers.
The replacement heads are very expensive.
I would prefer words instead of symbols to tell me what's going on with the shaver, numbers to tell me how much battey is left as opposed to little bars etc.
They have shaver's with numbers but the prices jump up there for what seems to be a simple modification.
The cleaning system ( you place the shaver invereted in a stand and it lowers it into a cleaner bath I have not used it) seems some what unnecesaery since you can and I do rinse it after each shave.
Pros: quieter, can use with shaving cream
Cons: replacement head prices

First off, it is awesome that I do not get nicks and cuts anymore. The razor does work, but it is not as close as a standard razor. Also, it takes 4 times as long to shave. It works, and I use it everyday...but sometimes I find myself wanting to get out the manual razor and zip it across my face to get a closer shave. But overall, it's a good product.
Pros: doesn't leave cuts., self cleaning
Cons: not as close as a manual shaver, takes more time

Generally good product

Product generally very good and runs quietly. I thought the blades would be thinner based on a previous model I own. The trimmer is a little hard to extend but works fine.

Ease of use

Very close shave and it is easy to clean the heads.
I needed a "fast quick fix" to fall back on, especially when traveling or when a spur of the moment weekend touch up is needed. Nothing will ever beat the razor closeness of a good soap lather applied with the badger brush, but your product is very good to my face. Only negative is that your Jet Clean solution can only be had online. So guess what, (?) My own mix of distilled H2O and scent does the job and I am good to go!
Pros: fun to use!
Cons: none!

Overall a very good electric razor

I've had Norelco's since the 1970s and they've been evolving over the years. This model has a larger area of blade coverage so you can shave faster. That does make it a bit more tricky to work into small, tight areas. The trimmer is very good. The travel case is a bit clunky, due to the size of the machine. The only thing annoying is they expect you to toss it once the battery pack is shot. With previous models you can replace the batteries. A strong point is you get an extra blade assembly that just pops on. that's 1 more year of shaving. It does shave close, wet or dry, but can be a bit irritating if you overdo it.
Pros: closeness, extra blade pack
Cons: no replacement battery
