Shaving has been a pleasure with this, I am able to save lot of time and cuts more importantly.
Pros: no more cuts, saves time, fast chargingg, clean shave, very smooth on the skin
Cons: has become noisy over time, the blade piece doesn't cleanly cut the locks

I AM 62 YEARS OLD AND I HAVE ALWAY SHAVED WITH A NORELCO SHAVER. I PURCHASED AN OTHER MODEL ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO AND DID NOT LIKE IT AT ALL. NOW THIS NEW ONE I JUST PURCHASED IS OUTSTANDING EXCEPT FOR THE THE TRIMMER.

A nice shaver with minor drawbacks.

I've used Norelco shavers for 30 years. The head design of this model is superior to previous models because of ease of cleaning and it seems to have a bigger coverage area. It is fast, quiet and lends itself to quick and easy cleaning. I used to worry about older shavers getting the body wet but not this one. I don't like the light show associated with remaining battery life because there is no gauge to tell when its about to run out of juice other than a red light that illuminates when you are getting low. You can still get a shave or two out of it even when the light turns red. The biggest negative is the fact that when the battery goes you can't continue to shave with the cord because the cord plugs into the stand. Five minutes of charging will allow you to finish your shave but this feature is a real inconvenience. I find the shaver works better and seems to run faster if using an electric pre-shave on my face before I shave. Otherwise, it fits into my hand well and gives me a close comfortable shave daily. Previous models that could run on a cord as well as battery were more versatile.

I am using the wet/dry on my head and face since I received it as a gift. It does a phenomenal job on my head, which I shave daily. The razor provides a close shave and is extremely easy to use. I struggled with wanting this razor, but then worried that it would not provide a close shave. It is amazing! Prior to this product, I was using disposable razors that were extremely costly.

I tried the Braun, panasonic before ending up with the Philips. For me, it is the only razor that did not cause abrasion and redness to my skin....g
