I have had this razor for 10 months now and it is my first electric razor. I have found it to be as effective as the razor on all parts of my face except below the chin where I have to make several passes for a clean shave. The only other drawback is that the trimmer seems pretty useless so I sometimes need to use a razor to supplemement the shave. Overall I am very impressed with the quality of the product.

I've been a Norelco user for many years, and have never been dissappointed in their products. My last razor, that I've used daily for five years, was replaced only because I wanted a new one. I cleaned it on a regular basis and have never needed to replace the blades. From day one it has given me the closest shave possible. My new razor, the Norelco 1250 XCC, is proving to be equally as impressive right out of the box.
Pros: very smooth shave, extremely easy to clean
Cons: no cons about it

I've been using your shavers for years, and have owned close to a dozen different models. I started with the cheapest and, over time, worked up the ladder to the most expensive model. While I know the SensoTouch has a lot more features than the cheaper models, at its core, I want it to cut the hair off my face. While it does that, I've been disappointed in the number of passes I need to make to accomplish that. I was hoping that my shaving time would be reduced with this model, but that hasn't happened.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have used Phillips Norelco electric razors for many years. This is the best razor yet. I love using it in the shower with shaving gel. I get a very close shave. I can tell the difference when I shave in the shower and when I don't. My face still feels smooth even in the evening!
Pros: very close shave
Cons: doesn't use the lotion which i preferr

I not only use it on my face, I bought it for and use it to shave my head.
Works great, I have nothing bad to say about the Philips Norelco shaver.
My wife sometimes uses it on her legs. Saves time when she is in a hurry.

This razor works great as an electric, and the addition of using shaving cream knocks out irriation for me. Also makes it easier to work the razor on your face.
Pros: easy to get a great shave, less irritation
